Camille Joanne (Paglia) Angeli

Camille Joanne (Paglia) Angeli, 79, of Jamestown and Naples, Fla., died Nov. 1, 2015, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Richard E. Angeli for 55 years. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Vito and Elsa (Freda) Paglia, and sister of the late Vito J. Paglia.

She was a graduate of Classical High School, attended the University of Rhode Island where she was a member of the Delta Zeta Sorority, and graduated from Katherine Gibbs. She worked for over 30 years as an administrative assistant at Rhode Island Hospital, most of that time in the department of emergency medicine. A longtime resident of Warwick, Angeli retired to Naples, but spent her summers in Jamestown. She had a love for literature and spent her time enjoying the arts.

In addition to her husband, Angeli leaves behind four children, Pam Nelson and her husband Tim of Franklin, Mass., Judy Pinsonault and her husband Tony of Sparta, N.J., Richard Angeli Jr. and his wife Patricia of South Kingstown, and Allison Garrity and her husband Chris of East Fallowfield, Pa. Angeli was most proud of her 10 grandchildren, Mackenzie and Joshua Nelson, Sara, Hope and Grace Pinsonault, Emily, Katelyn and Richard Angeli III, and Abigail and Samantha Garrity.

Her funeral will be held on Friday, Nov. 6, at 8:45 a.m. from the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory, South County chapel, 1111 Boston Neck Road, Narragansett, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mark Church, 60 Narragansett Ave., Jamestown. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are Thursday, Nov. 5, from 4 to 8 p.m.
